The Eating Disorders Center of NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital is designed to help individuals with eating disorders work toward recovery in a comfortable and supportive environment. The Center includes The Outlook at Westchester, a newly renovated inpatient unit located on the expansive, park-like campus of NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital's Westchester Division. The Outlook at Westchester is part of a joint collaborative treatment program of NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, Weill Cornell Medical College, and Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, in affiliation with the New York State Psychiatric Institute.

The Eating Disorders Center features the expertise of faculty members of these two world-renowned academic medical centers and teaching institutions. Patients at The Outlook benefit from the most recent clinical research findings and advances in the treatment of eating disorders such as anorexia and bulimia nervosa. We understand that eating disorders are serious illnesses, and we also believe that recovery is possible. Our goal is to help patients achieve and maintain healthy eating habits and a healthy weight.
